His core expertise is in developing defensive and resilient computing strategies for SCADA, industrial control systems, and advanced metering infrastructure (AMI). He is the co-chair of Working Group 10: Governance and Metrics for Industrial Automation and Control Systems Security. He is on the Utilities Telecomm Council (UTC) Smart Networks Security Committee and is the founder and chairman of the Canadian Industrial Cyber Security Council. Mr. Fabro has worked with DHS, Department of Energy, the White House, and government entities within the ‘Five Eyes' community. Tom Bigos - Program Development Manager, Digital Boundary Group Open Source applications and tools are increasingly being employed to operate and secure Information Communication Technology networks. Its key partners include many of Ontario's leading technical universities and colleges.
